Agra is a tourist city with eminent accommodation facilities ranging from budget to
luxury 5 star hotels. The month of
February is the peak tourist season for Agra, hence early hotel reservations
are advisable to avoid last minute disappointment.
Applicable
service tax shall be @2.58% on the total bill.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the delegates in desired hotel as per
request, subject to availability. Please state two preferences in
the same hotel category.
The hotel rates are
inclusive of all taxes (except service tax @ 2.58%) and breakfast. Please note, that
breakfast will
not be served at the conference area.
Check in / check out time is 12.00 noon.
Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be made at
the time of registration / hotel booking.
Please send the full advance of total
duration of hotel stay.
No hotel booking will be entertained without
conference registration
The above mentioned tariff is valid for room reservation upto
30th September, 2009. There may be increase in room
tariffs October onwards.
Conference shuttle
services
will be available for designated hotels only.
Despite our attempts
to provide lowest room rates for the delegates, unexpected changes (in either
direction) in future cannot be
entirely ruled out.
Please feel free to check directly
with the respectively hotels for making your own
accommodation arrangements.
Cancellation Policy for hotel
accommodation:
Written request for
cancellation must reach the conference secretariat by 31st December,
2009. All refunds will be made after the conference.
If hotel booking is cancelled before
31st December 2009, one night retention charges will be charged. No
request for
cancellations shall be entertained from 1st January 2010 onwards.
