It may be impossible for the organizers to make last minute arrangements for anyone. Children below 5 years do not require registration. Children above the age of 5 years will have to be registered as an accompanying person. For extra bed in the hotel room for children, request (and subsequent payment) must be made directly to the hotel / travel agent.  For PG students, a certificate from head of department / institution is compulsory. They are required to furnish their USI (associate) membership number, failing which they will be treated as non-members. Delegates are requested to produce their receipts of payment or confirmation email at the registration counter. For security reasons admission to all areas of the conference venue, (including scientific sessions, exhibition area, dining area, the inaugural function and other social programmes) will be strictly on production of bar-coded delegate badge. For spot registrations, only cash will be accepted. Spot registrants will be provided delegate kit subject to availability.   Cancellation Policy Written request for cancellation must reach the conference secretariat by 31st December, 2009.  25% of the amount will be deducted towards handling charges.  All refunds will be made after the conference.
