Terms & Conditions      (For Sponsors, Exhibitors & Advertisers)

1. Sponsorship and Stalls will be allocated on first come first choice basis.
   
   

2. The booking request must be made with 50% of booking amount, and rest 50% must be paid before the next tariff rates become applicable.
   
   

3. All payments must be made as a bank draft, in favour of "USICON 2010", payable at Agra and sent to the Conference Secretariat.
   
   

4. The number of representatives of sponsors at the conference venue will be limited depending upon the extent and area of sponsorship at the discretion of the organizing committee.
   
   

5. All the sponsors should register names of their representatives with the organizing committee one month before the start of conference and all such persons will be required to wear the ID badges provided, without which access to conference / exhibition area will be denied for security reasons.
   
   

6. Appropriate number of free 'trade delegate' registrations will be given to all the sponsors. Additional persons, if they wish to attend the conference and official meal, will need to register separately as 'trade delegates'. Packed meals, if required for the staff, can be obtained on payment.
   
   

7. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan or any part thereof at any time.
   
   

8. The Organizing Committee reserve the right to change the venue and date of exhibition in case of unavoidable circumstances.
   
   

9. The site of the stall shall be made available to the participants a day before the exhibition begins. No workman will be allowed at the exhibition site after 10.00 am of the Inauguration day under any circumstances. If the participants fail to occupy the stall by 9.00 am of the inauguration day, the Exhibition Committee reserves the right to allot the vacant stalls to the waiting applicants.
   
   

10. The Exhibition Committee shall in no way be responsible for any tax liability incurred for any sale / booking transaction undertaken by the exhibitors.
    
    

11. Request for cancellation or reduction of stall space must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. 25% of the total cost of stall sponsorship will be deducted if cancellation is made before 30th Nov 2009. After this date no refund will be possible.
